Stefan Kjartansson

A native of Iceland, Stefán got his BA in graphic design from Listaháskóli Íslands in 1993. Before his tenure at CNN.com, he cut his teeth at some of Reykjavík’s best advertising agencies. Stefán’s approach brings the soul of advertising and graphic design to new mediums that have won Armchair nearly every major design award and recognition in the interactive industry, including Webby, Flash Forward and Mixx. His work has been featured in highly respected design publications such as; Creative Review, Print Magazine and I.D. Magazine.
