Congrats Butler!
It wasn’t too long ago that I worked with David Butler on redesigning the CNN Interactive logo and tasked him to help re-concept CNN.com’s video experience.
It wasn’t much later that I cautioned him that accepting a job at Coca-Cola might not be the best idea. “You’re a visionary, they’re a multi-headed corporate monster. You’re never gonna win!”

While creating Coca-Cola’s M5, I realized that the exact opposite had happened – Dave had turned Coca-Cola into a catalyst for design. Coca-Cola employees were echoing his words and walking around with a sense of purpose.
Fast Company just came out with a fantastic feature on David Butler, his vision and achievements at Coca-Cola.
