SportsCrunch is a social network that enables athletes, coaches and fans to connect and relive their best sports moments.
SportsCrunch needed a versatile system that would launch the brand and carry it across platforms. But more than that, they needed an identity that conveyed the spirit of the game in the social space—vibrance and vitality, power and motion.
Armchair created an identity using custom drawn letters, allowing for embedded visual sports metaphors, a box representing a stadium and an abstraction of hands reaching out for a ball. A bright red was selected, a predominant color in sports, setting it apart from the usual blue hues of social media.
