Tin Drum Asiacafé Rebrand
Tin Drum Asiacafé is a growing restaurant chain with locations in the Southeast. Beyond food, brand elements include the energy of bustling Asian street cafés, sensory impressions prompted by bold environmental art, and mood-setting signature music in all of its stores. To prepare for the next level of ambitious growth, owner Steven Chan needed a new logo and a visual identity system.
The wordmark is typeset in Futura Bold to battle for the attention of hungry drivers and pedestrians.
It has an imbedded chevron that symbolizes a tin drum. It can also be a bowl with chopsticks, and a hidden mischievous smile.
The icon can be used on its own in digital applications, or extended into a pattern for decoration.
