Wildflower Wishes App
As an innovative way to promote a forthcoming book, Armchair teamed up with author Patti Callahan Henry and Atlanta superscribes Chronicle to create a mobile app that allows friends to share heartfelt sentiments in the form of wildflowers.

Taking inspiration from the novel, Coming Up for Air, a story that uses gardening and flowers growing wild as metaphors for different mother-daughter viewpoints on life, Armchair created a bouquet of distinct flowers that could be used to send a variety of feelings.
Each flower conveys a different sentiment. For example, honeysuckle symbolizes devotion while gloxinia captures the thrill of love at first sight.

Armchair conceived the idea for how the flowers could be shared, and collected in your own "meadow". To enhance the visuals our designers painstakingly illustrated each bloom, giving the app a classic, bespoke appeal.

You can download the app and start seeding your own sentiments here.
